ABSTRACT

In this project the goal is to record a piece of speech and use signal processing techniques to accomplish voice speed change. Our work is to build a program that users can either speed up or slow down speech playback without changing the pitch, so that the speaker’s voice can recognized without the influence of changing the speed.
